Den nye australiske premiärministern Kevin Rudd, som var mycket snabb att skriva under Kyoto protokollet som en symbolhandling vid sitt tillträde. Han har nu tagit tillbaka vad australierns delegation till Bali lovade när et gäller att minska ”utsläppen” (25-40 % till 2020).
Varför? Jo det kostar nämligen förfärande mycket pengar!
